Dr. Orlando is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in medication management and psychotherapy to treat mental health disorders

An Ohio native, he graduated from Miami University before moving to Philadelphia to complete medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and residency at Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia Hospital

He is currently employed as attending physician of the mood disorder specialty unit at Belmont Behavioral Hospital in Philadelphia.

With 10 years of clinical experience in the field, he has developed expertise in treating depression, anxiety, and personality disorders.
